Memberships Currently Available
As we are now into Winter and the clear drier days there has never been a better time to join the club. We currently have a handful of memberships available before we again reach capacity and reintroduce the membership waiting list. On becoming a share holder, which involves a one-off purchase of one share per household for $350 a family can have use of the swimming pools, tennis courts, squash courts and BBQ areas for $80 per month. This way you can sample what’s on offer and see whether it’s what you’re looking for prior to making a decision on joining. What have you got to lose?

18-metre pool; Monday to Friday Open 6am-10am & 2pm-6pm. Saturday & Sunday Open 6am-5pm
25-metre pool & wade pool; Closed until Spring

Junior Squash Programmes;
Squash Australia is currently running OzSquash for children between 5 and 15 years of age at the Taylor Range Squash Academy. These programmes take place on Saturday mornings from 10.00am – 10.45am (5-8 years) and 10.45am – 11.30am (9-15 years). Cost is just $5 per child. Congratulation to the 15 Taylor Range Squash Club teams that played in the Brisbane Squash Summer Season. In particular the J3 Junior team who were crowned Champions!
The Winter Season commenced in April with the finals scheduled to take place in September 2018.
Junior Squash Tournament
Taylor Range will be hosting a junior squash tournament on Sunday 5th August 2018. The event is open to registered squash players as well as novice players. For more information please contact Susan; firstname.lastname@example.org
Medium to long term renovations within the club are underway with Custom Projects. Stage 1 saw alterations to the office/kiosk area, a new disabled toilet facility and the construction of a large decked seating area adjacent to the squash court windows. This project is completed and has added a new dimension to the facilities offered by the Club.
Stage 2 has also been completed and has resulted in a new commercial kitchen and improvements to the function hall facility. So if you are looking for a venue for a function give us a call?
Car Park – Brisbane City Council has recently resurfaced and created a formalised parking area adjacent to the club entrance. In the short term this means that there will be slightly fewer parking spaces available. However, when the recently grassed area behind the formal parking becomes stable this will be available for overflow parking. The club thanks Steve Toomey for his input and co operation in order for this project to have been undertaken.
